bean sprouts - 50 g
beef - 50 g
carrots - 30 g
chili sauce - 20 ml
egg - 1 Item
lime - 0.25 Item
palm sugar - 70 g
rice noodles - 50 g
shallot onions - 30 g
spring onion - 10 g
sunflower oil - 20 g
tamarind paste - 40 g
Steps:
Pre-soak noodles in cold water while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
Grind palm sugar.
Add 2 tablespoons tamarind paste, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and place on a small fire.
Heat and stirring until sugar is completely dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Chop the shallots, carrots and spring onions.
Cut beef into thin strips.
Fry shallot on in the wok with preheated oil.
Add the carrots and meat.

Cook another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve hot, with a slice of lime.
